This 1-hour Soul-Led Maintenance Session is designed for ongoing care and integration for clients who have previously worked with me.

These sessions offer a grounded space to check in, recalibrate, and maintain connection with your inner landscape. Each session begins exactly where you are and unfolds in response to what is present—supporting clarity, regulation, and alignment as you continue moving through life.

Our time together may include conscious awareness and mindfulness prompts, reflective dialogue, mirror and shadow exploration, compassionate self-talk, inner child inquiry, narrative and timeline reflection, and gentle self-witnessing. We follow what is most alive, allowing insight and integration to arise naturally.

This offering provides a shorter, focused container than extended Soul-Led sessions and is well suited for mind, body, and spirit maintenance.

This session is recommended for returning clients. New clients are encouraged to begin with a 90-minute Soul-Led Therapy session.

1-Hour Soul-Led Maintenance Therapy Session

Initial Soul-Led Therapy is a 90-minute, one-on-one session guided by presence, intuition, and your inner wisdom.

Each session begins exactly where you are and unfolds in alignment with what is ready to be met. My role is to gently reflect, support clarity, and walk alongside you as you reconnect with your own inner authority and power.

Our time together may include prayer, meditation, breath, narrative exploration, and sound therapy, moving organically between conversation, embodiment, and integration. We follow what is alive—nothing is forced.

This Soul-Led Extended Session is to offer additional time  (90mins vs 60min maintenance), allowing us to move more slowly and enter the deeper layers of what is surfacing.

This is a grounded, compassionate space for self-meeting, nervous system safety, and meaningful integration.

Initial / Extended Soul-Led Therapy Session

This complimentary 30-minute call is a space for mutual connection and clarity.

Rather than a traditional consultation, this is an open conversation where we meet as humans first—feeling into whether working together is aligned and supportive for where you are right now.

During our time together, you’ll get a sense of how I hold space, how I listen, and what it feels like to be in communication with me. I’ll ask a few intentional questions to understand what you’re navigating and what kind of support you’re seeking.

From there, we’ll explore together whether my offerings are the right fit—or whether another form of support would better serve you. There’s no pressure and no obligation, only honest reflection and clear next steps.

This call is an invitation into discernment, resonance, and grounded clarity—so you can move forward feeling supported, seen, and empowered in your choice.

Free Conscious Connection Call (30 minutes)

For spiritually curious women who are awakening to the truth that the life they built no longer feels aligned.

This 6-week mentorship is an initiation into remembering who you are beneath programming, perfectionism, and self-improvement cycles. Together, we’ll move through awareness, release, and integration using somatic therapy principles, breath and sound practices, and consciousness exploration to dissolve false self-beliefs and awaken authentic embodiment.

This is not about fixing yourself. It’s about coming home to your truth and cultivating the capacity to live it.

A six week 1:1 Journey of consciously returning to self.

This is a live, ceremonial circle held online, created as a sacred space for presence, connection, and truth.

We begin by opening the field with prayer and guided meditation, followed by intentional introductions and shared intentions. From there, the circle becomes a container for honest expression, deep listening, and confidential sharing—a space where what is real is welcome.

Throughout our time together, we’ll weave in gentle sound, breath, and embodied activations to support nervous system regulation, emotional release, and energetic clarity. Participants are invited—never required—to share what they are ready to release or integrate within the safety of the group.

I may offer integrative practices, healing tools, and intuitive guidance as they feel aligned and consensual for the group. Each circle unfolds uniquely, guided by presence rather than agenda.

This is an invitation to softening the mind, loosening the grip of judgment, and returning to the heart—to meet yourself and others beyond performance or expectation.

ONLINE Conscious Connection Circle

This group healing is a restorative sound medicine experience designed to support deep relaxation, nervous system regulation, and energetic recalibration.

Through the immersive resonance of the gong—woven with guided breath and subtle vocal activations—you’ll be gently guided into meditative, receptive states where the body can soften and the mind can quiet. This is not about fixing or forcing change. It’s an invitation to receive, release, and realign.

Rather than offering the gong in a purely traditional way, I bring my voice into the experience as a living, responsive support to the collective field. Breath, tone, and vocal guidance are used intuitively during the session to help anchor safety in the body, deepen presence, and support emotional and energetic integration.

Used ceremonially for thousands of years, the gong works beyond words—meeting you at a cellular and energetic level. When paired with conscious breath and vocal resonance, the nervous system is given clear signals of safety, allowing clarity and balance to naturally return.

During this 60-minute journey, you’ll be guided to:
*slow the breath and settle the body
*soften mental noise and accumulated stress
*enter a theta state associated with deep relaxation, creativity, and subconscious recalibration
*experience responsibility as self-attunement, not self-blame
*reconnect with your inner sense of home and stability

No experience with breathwork or sound healing is needed.

Group Gong & Voice Healing

This is a private group sound healing experience created for intentional gathering, deep rest, and nervous system restoration.

Sessions may be held at Soulsis Wellness Studio (subject to availability), at a location of your choosing, or in the comfort of your own home. Each gathering is prepared and facilitated with care, presence, and reverence.

Our time together includes:
-Opening prayer and blessing of the space
-Grounding meditation
-Immersive gong sound healing (gong bath)
-Post-session silence
-Optional group integration and reflection

The gong’s deep, multi-layered vibrations support relaxation, meditative states, and energetic recalibration—allowing stress and tension to soften naturally. Sound works beyond words, meeting the body at a cellular level and inviting rest, clarity, and balance.

This experience may support:
-Nervous system regulation and stress relief
-Improved sleep and mental clarity
-Easing anxiety, tension, headaches, and physical discomfort
-Emotional release and grounding

PRIVATE Group Sound Healing | Gong Bath

The Worthiness Workshop is designed for those who give deeply to others yet feel depleted, overlooked, or disconnected from their own needs.

Through story sharing, guided integrative practices, and self-nourishing tools, you’ll begin to rebuild your relationship with yourself—not from a place of fixing or lack, but from unconditional self-love and self-trust. Together, we’ll gently explore where over-giving shows up, bring awareness to patterns that no longer serve, and practice grounded ways of honoring your boundaries and worth.

This work is about restoring balance—internally and externally—so care for yourself becomes natural rather than effortful.

My intention is for you to leave feeling clear, confident, and resourced in prioritizing your needs, free from guilt, and more rooted in your sense of purpose.
