Sessions begin with where you're at and are guided by where you are going.  Soul-led sessions are an option to assist you in stepping further into your own inner-power and support you in finding more out about yourself. 

We will utilize time in connection with integrative practises and modalities such as conscious awareness & mindfulness prompts as well as mirror & shadow work, positive self talk, inner child healing, timeline & narrative therapy, & accepting self-reflection.

This offering is a one hour session, which is a shorter time window comparatively to the one and half hour options available.  If you’ve seen me before and are requiring that mind, body, spirit maintenance, then this offering is for you!

1hr Soul-Led Session

Sessions begin with where you’re at and are guided by where you are going.  I am here to help you see your own self a little more clearly and simply walk alongside you as you step into your own inner-power. 

This booking is a one and a half hour session.  Extended Soul-Led Sessions include a longer time span which allows us to ease into our time together a little more slowly - diving into the depths of what is surfacing.

We will utilize time in connection with integrative practises and modalities such as conscious & mindfulness prompts as well as mirror & shadow work, positive self talk, inner child healing, timeline & narrative therapy, & accepting self-reflection.

1.5hr Extended Soul-Led Session

Companions are all around us. Sometimes our companions are our friendships. Sometimes our companion is our mom or dad. A companion can be a husband or wife, it can even be our children. 

No matter where you find companionship in your life, communication and understanding will always deepen the bond. 

It is Love that lets us both understand and be understood. 

In these sessions we will move through communication activities and practices that will allow us to speak from the heart, be heard and be safe. We will connect with ourselves and we will learn about how we can better support our life companions on their path.

Companion Care

This booking is a scaled session for anyone intrigued to what a deeper connection to breath can offer us.  Breath enhances our sleep, supports our ability to regulate our nervous system, & can be a powerful tool in releasing stagnant traumas held within the body.

1 HR Beginner Somatic Breath Session

This booking is a breath session for you if you are wanting to go deeper into connecting and releasing by breath, already aware of what the breath has to offer us.  This lengthier session not only enhances our sleep and ability to regulate our nervous system, but is also an intentional container for sacred release of suppressed energy no longer serving the body.

1.5 HR Somatic Breathwork Session

This free 30 minute consultation call is intended to allow you and I to connect and discover whether or not I am the right counsellor for you. 

These sessions allow you to get to know me a bit better, to get a feel for how I approach connection and what the communication space will feel like. 

In these consultation calls I will also be assessing whether or not my services are a good fit for the things you're seeking. I'll have some questions put together for you to answer while we're together. Whether it's me or some other resource support that I know of, we'll have a great conversation and figure it out from there.

Free Connection Call

In Richele’s Spirit Connection Session, you will be connected with your passed loved ones and / or Angels & Spirit Guides. You will feel held and supported by the intuitive guidance shared from Beyond. This session will leave you feeling a deep release and a sense of embodied healing. All 30 minute sessions are set with the intention of healing messages received in the best and highest good of all.

30 Min Spirit Connection Session

In Richele’s Spirit Connection Session, you will be connected with your passed loved ones and / or Angels & Spirit Guides. You will feel held and supported by the intuitive guidance shared from Spirit. This session will leave you feeling a deep release and a sense of embodied healing. Messages shared are initially set with the intention of receiving healing; however, Richele’s 60 min offering will end with an integrative conversation on moving forward post Spirit Connection. The integrative conversation blends with her purpose and mission to not only support you with healing messages from Spirit but to also aid in any grief that may surface or arise.

Spirit Connection Session

This booking is a group session for anyone new and intrigued to what a deeper connection to breath can offer.  Together we tune into cyclic breathing - where once we dive in, we surrender the expectations of what's to surface or unfold. Sessions are always led from a place of curiosity and non-judgement.   

Group breath sessions are for you if you are looking to enhance your sleep, support and regulate your nervous system, & can be used as a powerful tool in releasing stagnant traumas held within the body.  What is powerful about a group setting with breath, is the group integrative conversation that is available to us post session.

Group Somatic Breathwork Session

The 6 Week Individual Program has been cultivated and created in the depths of grief, loss, & separation. Serving humanity with the support of integrative practises to not only find oneself but also gain ability to embody responsibility for creating one's own reality. 

This 6 week intensive includes Monday-Friday access to supportive guidance from Richele, one somatic breathwork session, one soul-led session, as well as weekly check-ins.

In these six weeks, we navigate weekly topics and challenges such as inner child healing, self identity, love, and forgiveness, as well as mind & body connection practises.

6 Week Individual Program

This booking is an in-person circle for a connective ceremonial experience at Soulsis Wellness Studio.  We will open with prayer, meditation, cacao, introductions, & intentions. Together we will openly share in confidence, welcome in some sound and breath activations, and express what we’d like to release in group.  

I will share integrative practises, healing modalities & tools to the group if people are open to it and an option to do so.  Every circle is a sacred experience and opportunity to surrender your ego, judgment, and all that no longer serves you.  Come join in for authentic, healing, & open hearted conversations and a chance to unwind the mind.
