This booking is a group session for anyone new and intrigued to what a deeper connection to breath can offer.  Together we tune into cyclic breathing - where once we dive in, we surrender the expectations of what's to surface or unfold. Sessions are always led from a place of curiosity and non-judgement.   

Group breath sessions are for you if you are looking to enhance your sleep, support and regulate your nervous system, & can be used as a powerful tool in releasing stagnant traumas held within the body.  What is powerful about a group setting with breath, is the group integrative conversation that is available to us post session.
