For spiritually curious women who are awakening to the truth that the life they built no longer feels aligned.

This 6-week mentorship is an initiation into remembering who you are beneath programming, perfectionism, and self-improvement cycles. Together, we’ll move through awareness, release, and integration using somatic therapy principles, breath and sound practices, and consciousness exploration to dissolve false self-beliefs and awaken authentic embodiment.

This is not about fixing yourself. It’s about coming home to your truth and cultivating the capacity to live it.

*1x 90-min Opening Ceremony (somatic mapping + consciousness assessment).
*5x 60-min Weekly Zoom Mentorship Sessions (custom blend of inquiry, somatic integration, and re-patterning).
*Weekly integration voicenotes + reflection prompts.
*Voxer access (Mon–Fri) for real-time support, embodiment reminders, and accountability.
*Personalized integration rituals + sound/breath journeys to support release & embodiment.
