This group healing is a restorative sound medicine experience designed to support deep relaxation, nervous system regulation, and energetic recalibration.

Through the immersive resonance of the gong—woven with guided breath and subtle vocal activations—you’ll be gently guided into meditative, receptive states where the body can soften and the mind can quiet. This is not about fixing or forcing change. It’s an invitation to receive, release, and realign.

Rather than offering the gong in a purely traditional way, I bring my voice into the experience as a living, responsive support to the collective field. Breath, tone, and vocal guidance are used intuitively during the session to help anchor safety in the body, deepen presence, and support emotional and energetic integration.

Used ceremonially for thousands of years, the gong works beyond words—meeting you at a cellular and energetic level. When paired with conscious breath and vocal resonance, the nervous system is given clear signals of safety, allowing clarity and balance to naturally return.

During this 60-minute journey, you’ll be guided to:
*slow the breath and settle the body
*soften mental noise and accumulated stress
*enter a theta state associated with deep relaxation, creativity, and subconscious recalibration
*experience responsibility as self-attunement, not self-blame
*reconnect with your inner sense of home and stability

No experience with breathwork or sound healing is needed.
