The Worthiness Workshop is designed for those who give deeply to others yet feel depleted, overlooked, or disconnected from their own needs.

Through story sharing, guided integrative practices, and self-nourishing tools, you’ll begin to rebuild your relationship with yourself—not from a place of fixing or lack, but from unconditional self-love and self-trust. Together, we’ll gently explore where over-giving shows up, bring awareness to patterns that no longer serve, and practice grounded ways of honoring your boundaries and worth.

This work is about restoring balance—internally and externally—so care for yourself becomes natural rather than effortful.

My intention is for you to leave feeling clear, confident, and resourced in prioritizing your needs, free from guilt, and more rooted in your sense of purpose.

This workshop is an invitation to come home to your self-worth.
