Monthly Connection Circle

Description

This booking is an in-person circle for a connective ceremonial experience at Soulsis Wellness Studio. We will open with prayer, meditation, cacao, introductions, & intentions. Together we will openly share in confidence, welcome in some sound and breath activations, and express what we’d like to release in group. I will share integrative practises, healing modalities & tools to the group if people are open to it and an option to do so. Every circle is a sacred experience and opportunity to surrender your ego, judgment, and all that no longer serves you. Come join in for authentic, healing, & open hearted conversations and a chance to unwind the mind.
